What Reel Deal is

An original studio product for dancers, developed with a co-founder: the client books a slot in a film studio, a dedicated camera operator and a lighting master are waiting on set, and the lighting design is built around the specific choreography. After the session the client picks their best take and receives a fully edited video within days. Every edition has its own key visual and mood. The project operates commercially at reeldeal.pl.

Scope of responsibility

  • Strategy and brand: naming, visual identity, art direction of each edition, positioning and brand development.
  • Product and technology: website design and build, an online slot booking system and payment integration – a complete purchase path.
  • Performance marketing: Meta Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns run end-to-end – strategy, production of ad creatives (design and editing), ad account setup, campaign optimisation and budget management.
  • Merchandise and print: design and end-to-end delivery of branded materials – embroidered t-shirts, towels, stickers, posters and flyers; production coordinated with external vendors, from design to delivery.
  • Production: filming and post-production of participants' videos.
  • Management: running the company operationally as CEO – from the business model to the development of subsequent editions.

Operating model

A standardised client journey: package and slot booking with an online deposit, a creative brief in the form of an inspiration questionnaire, a studio session, client-side selection of takes and delivery of the edited video within three working days. The process is repeatable and scalable – from single slots to full shooting days.

Team and scale

The core team is an executive producer, a camera operator and a lighting master. The track record behind it: over a decade in the dance industry, two and a half thousand recorded solos, shoots in a dozen Polish cities and a record of one hundred and forty recordings in a single day. Reel Deal turns that experience into a product aimed directly at dancers.
