By sending the form you share: your name, company or brand, e-mail address, project topic, message, and optionally your budget and how you heard about me.

I process this data to answer your inquiry and take steps towards potential cooperation (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and under legitimate interest in handling correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Providing the data is voluntary, but without it I cannot reply.

The site uses Google Analytics 4 for anonymous traffic analysis – no ads, no profiling. Statistics run automatically, based on the controller’s legitimate interest in measuring the use of its own website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). IP addresses are truncated by Google before data is stored.

If you prefer not to be counted, you can block analytics scripts in your browser settings or with an extension (e.g. the official Google Analytics Opt-out add-on), or object by e-mailing the address in section 1.

Form submissions are handled by Formspree, Inc. (USA), and the site is hosted by Vercel, Inc. (USA), which also provides anonymous, cookieless visit statistics. Google Analytics statistics are processed by Google. Transfers outside the European Economic Area rely on an adequacy decision (EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.

Form correspondence is kept for the time needed to handle the inquiry and any resulting cooperation, no longer than until claims become time-barred. GA4 data is retained for up to 14 months.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, port your data, object, and withdraw consent at any time – just e-mail jan@lewandowski.media. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (uodo.gov.pl).

The site stores in browser sessionStorage – for the session only – a flag that the opening animation has played. Google Analytics sets its own cookies used to distinguish visitors and sessions. The site uses no advertising cookies.

Your data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling. Changes to this policy will be published on this page with an updated date.
